BROWN BAG UNIVERSITY TESTIMONIAL
“First and foremost, Ann Basinger’s presentation was at the highest level of professionalism. She was well prepared and made it evident that she speaks from experience. Many of the topics that Ann spoke about are things that should be an everyday practice for anyone providing Customer Service. Ann reminded me that the “Customer” is why I am so privileged to be in the position I am in. Anyone who missed the opportunity to attend this class may not realize it but they have lost an opportunity to enhance their Customer skills. I can’t think of anyone that could get too much of that. I walked away motivated and renewed!
Thank you so much Chamber of Commerce for providing these classes. In the past I have attended seminars that covered the same information as what we were exposed to yesterday but never were they offered without a registration fee.
Looking forward to the next opportunity to attend another class offered by the Chamber.”
